Central round brilliant cut ruby surrounded by eight brilliant cut diamonds mounted with platinum settings on 18ct yellow gold D shape shank with split shoulders leading up to the head of the ring. The central ruby is a beautiful vibrant, intense red. The stones are held with traditional claw settings in platinum.  On the inside of the shank it is punch with ‘PLAT 18CT’ and a makers reference ‘K917’

    		The emerald cut sapphire is held with a yellow gold millegrain setting complimenting the warmth of the blue. Fourteen brilliant cut diamonds surround the sapphire in a white gold millegrain setting and the ring is finished with three diamonds set down the shoulders meeting the yellow gold flat band shank. All mounted in 18ct gold with full struck hallmark inside the band including the commemorative Millennium Mark which could be used during 1999 and 2000. For both style and comfort the corners are cut at a 45 degree angle. The ring is curved over the finger and sits very low to the finger. The sides are all hand pierced with a beautiful gallery and the shank is a split shank with leaf centre. Measures 22.8mm x 15.2mm 6 Rubies = 1.00 carats approx. 30 Diamonds = 1.00 carats approx. Circa 1910/1920 Second HandA most striking and beautiful Art Deco Aquamarine single stone ring, with diamond set sides. The large square Aquamarine with cut corners is held with 4 strong square claws in the corners. This is flanked with diamond set sides, unusually on all 4 of the long sides, and even more unusually is that 3 of them have 3 8 cut diamonds and the fourth side has 4 x 8 cut diamonds. The mounting is once again all individually made for this exact stone, with as low a profile as is possible given the size of this ring. The mounting is a combination of platinum for the settings and 18ct white gold for the shank. The ring will date to the 1930's and we have extensively re-polished the aquamarine by specialist stone polishers in London. The weight originally being 15.08cts and now weighing 13.70cts. But has given this ring a transformation and new lease of life. All three a bright, well matched, vibrant pink sapphires and interspaced by three modern brilliant cut diamonds. Following the curvature of the ovals, the middle diamond is slightly smaller and the other two diamonds are much bigger to fill in the space between the pink sapphires. All the mounting is made in 18ct white gold with claw settings. The shank joins in a traditional split leaf and shoulder style finish.
