The emerald cut sapphire is held with a yellow gold millegrain setting complimenting the warmth of the blue. Fourteen brilliant cut diamonds surround the sapphire in a white gold millegrain setting and the ring is finished with three diamonds set down the shoulders meeting the yellow gold flat band shank. All mounted in 18ct gold with full struck hallmark inside the band including the commemorative Millennium Mark which could be used during 1999 and 2000.

For both style and comfort the corners are cut at a 45 degree angle. The ring is curved over the finger and sits very low to the finger. The sides are all hand pierced with a beautiful gallery and the shank is a split shank with leaf centre. Measures 22.8mm x 15.2mm 6 Rubies = 1.00 carats approx. 30 Diamonds = 1.00 carats approx. Circa 1910/1920 Second Hand	The ruby in the centre is a cushion cut and very bright, it is held in place with 4 neat claws in the corners.
