Returns & Refunds

Our refund and returns policy lasts 28 days. If 28 days have passed since your purchase, please contact us directly and speak to Andrew Connard, where we will do all we can to assist further.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please email/phone in advance if you are returning an item

If an item has been engraved, then this is excluded from our refund policy

Items bought as Christmas presents well in advance can be exchanged/ refunded up to the 10^th January, thereby allowing time for our customers.

Refunds

Once your return is received we will email to advise it has been received where it will then be checked over before issuing a refund to the original method of payment. Any refund will be processed the same day as the item is received.

Some refunds can take a few days to appear in your account, if it has not appeared within 10 days, please contact Andrew Connard directly on 01704 531977, where we will contact our merchant provider to chase up.

Exchanges

We will happily exchange an item for a different piece, whether it be more or less expensive, the difference will either be paid or if refunded it must be to the original method of payment.

Shipping returns

To return your product, it should be sent in either the original outer packing box, or a similar strong box to protect the item to:-

Owing to the value of the items that we sell, we recommend that you use the Royal Mail Special Delivery Service which offers insurance amounts of £750.00 to £2,500.00 very easily. This is a next day service and trackable, with a signature required at our end. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless otherwise agreed.
