The ring is set off by its signature split scroll shoulders. A beautiful addition, and all an extra sign of quality and design, all made in 18ct yellow gold. Garnet measures 10.1mm x 7.9mm 14 Diamonds = 0.35ct approx. The central amethyst is a hexagonal cut and with a rich depth to the colour, this is held neatly in double white gold claws at each point. The amethyst is surrounded by modern brilliant cut diamonds, with the addition of the diamonds on the 6 points being slightly larger than the following 2 diamonds running alongside the edge of the amethyst. The entire setting for all of the stones is 18ct white gold and the shank of the ring is 18ct yellow gold. Amethyst = 2.06 carats 12 +6 diamonds = 0.42 carat Size: 14mm long x 12.5mm wide Finger size can easily be altered, if your size is not on the list below, please contact us as it may still be able to be made.Aquamarine single stone ring, with diamond set shoulders. The square cut Aquamarine, is a bright vibrant stone which we have had re-polished. It is held in a 4 claw platinum setting, with an open gallery to view the full depth of the stone. The shoulders are set with 3 x 8 cut diamonds on each side, this is very typical of a ring made circa 1950. The shank joins the setting with chenier tubing in the split. The shank is made from 18ct white gold. The ring is punched with C & F as the makers, a superb firm started in 1917 and we have dealt with them right through their existence until the closed in the early 2000's. The ring also is punched Pt & 18ct for the metal and then an individual number of 5967, this is all a sign of a quality maker. All three a bright, well matched, vibrant aquamarine, and interspaced by 3 modern brilliant cut diamonds. Following the curvature of the ovals, the middle diamond is slightly smaller and the other two diamonds are much bigger to fill in the space between the aquamarines. All the mounting is surely made in platinum with a millegrain finish. The shank joins in a traditional split leaf and shoulder style finish. This ring is superbly made by hand by our best Craftsman in Yorkshire. The setting is neat low profile, keeping the ring low to the finger. These diamonds are set in 18ct white gold rub over settings and the yellow gold shank has split shoulders where the diamonds are set and these splits curving out towards the corner claws.
