It is a very neat ring with  D shape profile, low and close to the finger making it very comfortable to wear. The front of the ring at the broadest point measures 6.7mm tapering to 3.4mm at the back.

It is held securely by four double claws and the split shoulders are set with a single Victorian cut diamond. The band has a groove all the way around and on the inside a clear '18CT' punch. The diamonds are extremely neatly set with a white gold underneath, this would have been particularly expensive to do and means the ring will have been handmade in its entirety.
