The lovely bright cornflower blue sapphire in the centre is flanked by an Edwardian cut diamond on either side, all stones being held in neat twin claw settings made from platinum. With a classical chewier tube shank made from 18ct white gold. Sapphire = 0.46ct 2 Diamonds = 0.40ct approx. Measures 5.0mm x 13.1mm overall Circa 1930s Finger size N Can be altered, please contact for size options Supplied in Connards Presentation Box Second HandThis superb Art Deco emerald and diamond cluster ring, with a square cut central Emerald surrounded by 8 Victorian cut diamonds, each set in pairs around the central emerald. This in turn is surrounded by a full row of calibre cut emeralds with a larger square cut emerald at 2,4,8 and 10. The larger square calibre gives that extra detail which helps to make this such an exquisite ring and typical of a ring made in the 1930s. All the settings are very fine millegrain. There are very fine diamond set shoulders with 2 eight cut diamonds set neatly in to the shoulders. The ring is stamped with the French Mascaron mark for Platinum which was only used between 1913 and 1926 Square emerald measures 3.9mm x 3.7mm x 1.9mm 4 Diamonds = 0.40ct approx. 4 Diamonds = 0.25ct approx.
