Ruby and Diamond Vintage Cluster Plaque Ring, 18ct Gold Mount

This stunning oblong Ruby and Diamond plaque cluster ring is set with the added feature of 3 Real Pearls, the central smaller pearl is surrounded by 6 rubies and then the Victorian cut diamonds are set along the remainder of the ring, interspaced with a large Real Pearl at each ends. For both style and comfort the corners are cut at a 45 degree angle.
The ring is curved over the finger and sits very low to the finger. The sides are all hand pierced with a beautiful gallery and the shank is a split shank with leaf centre.

With a baguette cut diamond on either side at right angles to the central amethyst to give width across the finger. These diamonds are set in 18ct white gold rub over settings and the yellow gold shank has split shoulders where the diamonds are set and these splits curving out towards the corner claws. Following the curvature of the ovals, the middle diamond is slightly smaller and the other two diamonds are much bigger to fill in the space between the pink sapphires. All the mounting is made in 18ct white gold with claw settings. The shank joins in a traditional split leaf and shoulder style finish.
