Ruby and Diamond Vintage Cluster Plaque Ring, 18ct Gold Mount

This stunning oblong Ruby and Diamond plaque cluster ring is set with the added feature of 3 Real Pearls, the central smaller pearl is surrounded by 6 rubies and then the Victorian cut diamonds are set along the remainder of the ring, interspaced with a large Real Pearl at each ends. For both style and comfort the corners are cut at a 45 degree angle.

The ring is curved over the finger and sits very low to the finger. The sides are all hand pierced with a beautiful gallery and the shank is a split shank with leaf centre.

Measures 22.8mm x 15.2mm

Circa 1910/1920 Second HandPink sapphire and diamond nine stone ring, with three large oval cut pink sapphires, the central slightly bigger than the outer pair. All three a bright, well matched, vibrant pink sapphires and interspaced by three modern brilliant cut diamonds. Following the curvature of the ovals, the middle diamond is slightly smaller and the other two diamonds are much bigger to fill in the space between the pink sapphires. All the mounting is made in 18ct white gold with claw settings. The shank joins in a traditional split leaf and shoulder style finish. The mounting is once again all individually made for this exact stone, with as low a profile as is possible given the size of this ring. The mounting is a combination of platinum for the settings and 18ct white gold for the shank. The ring will date to the 1930's and we have extensively re-polished the aquamarine by specialist stone polishers in London. The weight originally being 15.08cts and now weighing 13.70cts.
