The ruby and diamond three stone ring is a classical ring and ideal for a Ruby wedding anniversary. The central oval cut ruby weighs 1.01cts and is held in with four 18ct white gold claws, and flanked on either side by a modern brilliant cut diamond each approx 0.20ct and held in with another set of four 18ct white gold claws. All mounted on a lustrous 18ct yellow gold shank.

It is a very neat ring with  D shape profile, low and close to the finger making it very comfortable to wear. The front of the ring at the broadest point measures 6.7mm tapering to 3.4mm at the back. The large square Aquamarine with cut corners is held with 4 strong square claws in the corners. This is flanked with diamond set sides, unusually on all 4 of the long sides, and even more unusually is that 3 of them have 3 8 cut diamonds and the fourth side has 4 x 8 cut diamonds. The mounting is once again all individually made for this exact stone, with as low a profile as is possible given the size of this ring. The mounting is a combination of platinum for the settings and 18ct white gold for the shank. The ring will date to the 1930's and we have extensively re-polished the aquamarine by specialist stone polishers in London. The weight originally being 15.08cts and now weighing 13.70cts. But has given this ring a transformation and new lease of life. Measures 13.5mm x 16.3mm x 9.5mm high Second HandThe ruby in the centre is a cushion cut and very bright, it is held in place with 4 neat claws in the corners. Surrounding it are 12 modern brilliant cut diamonds set in to an 18ct white gold square setting, all diamonds are of equal size and each one is held in a very neat 4 claw setting. The ring has 9 diamonds on each shoulder leading up to the central cluster. The mount itself is a millegrain Halo style that allows a wedding ring or an eternity ring to sit flush, as the setting a sits above the ring it is worn next to.
