Baguette cut Emerald and brilliant cut diamond cluster ring, set in 18ct white gold claw setting and yellow gold shank.

The three central baguette cut emeralds are set with centre up and down the finger with the other two coming away at right angles from the centre, these are then surrounded with 12 modern brilliant cut diamonds running all the way round. All of the stones are held in 18ct white gold claw settings and with a yellow gold shank, the underneath of the ring being a traditional style cluster setting.

All three a bright, well matched, vibrant pink sapphires and interspaced by three modern brilliant cut diamonds. Following the curvature of the ovals, the middle diamond is slightly smaller and the other two diamonds are much bigger to fill in the space between the pink sapphires. All the mounting is made in 18ct white gold with claw settings. The shank joins in a traditional split leaf and shoulder style finish. The ring has 9 diamonds on each shoulder leading up to the central cluster. The mount itself is a millegrain Halo style that allows a wedding ring or an eternity ring to sit flush, as the setting a sits above the ring it is worn next to. The shank is also in all 18ct white gold. The square cut Aquamarine, is a bright vibrant stone which we have had re-polished. It is held in a 4 claw platinum setting, with an open gallery to view the full depth of the stone. The shoulders are set with 3 x 8 cut diamonds on each side, this is very typical of a ring made circa 1950. The shank joins the setting with chenier tubing in the split. The shank is made from 18ct white gold. The ring is punched with C & F as the makers, a superb firm started in 1917 and we have dealt with them right through their existence until the closed in the early 2000's. The ring also is punched Pt & 18ct for the metal and then an individual number of 5967, this is all a sign of a quality maker.
