The central amethyst is an Emerald cut and with a rich depth to the colour, this is held neatly in white gold claws on all sides. The amethyst is surrounded by modern 14 modern brilliant cut diamonds, there are 3 each at top and bottom and 4 on each side. The entire setting for all of the stones is in 18ct white gold and the shank of the ring is 18ct yellow gold.

English MadeCentral round brilliant cut ruby surrounded by eight brilliant cut diamonds mounted with platinum settings on 18ct yellow gold D shape shank with split shoulders leading up to the head of the ring. The central ruby is a beautiful vibrant, intense red. The stones are held with traditional claw settings in platinum.  On the inside of the shank it is punch with 'PLAT 18CT' and a makers reference 'K917' Ruby = 0.75  carats approx. 8 Diamonds =  0.75 carats approx.

Red Spinels are very high in demand at present and this ring is no exception. The red spinel itself is oval cut, bright with full of fire, it is held in place with 12 neat 18ct white gold claws. Surrounding this are 12 modern brilliant cut diamonds which are set in white gold claw settings. The shank is 18ct yellow gold. The large square Aquamarine with cut corners is held with 4 strong square claws in the corners. This is flanked with diamond set sides, unusually on all 4 of the long sides, and even more unusually is that 3 of them have 3 8 cut diamonds and the fourth side has 4 x 8 cut diamonds. The mounting is once again all individually made for this exact stone, with as low a profile as is possible given the size of this ring. The mounting is a combination of platinum for the settings and 18ct white gold for the shank. The ring will date to the 1930's and we have extensively re-polished the aquamarine by specialist stone polishers in London. The weight originally being 15.08cts and now weighing 13.70cts. But has given this ring a transformation and new lease of life. This in turn is surrounded by a full row of calibre cut emeralds with a larger square cut emerald at 2,4,8 and 10. The larger square calibre gives that extra detail which helps to make this such an exquisite ring and typical of a ring made in the 1930s. All the settings are very fine millegrain. There are very fine diamond set shoulders with 2 eight cut diamonds set neatly in to the shoulders. The ring is stamped with the French Mascaron mark for Platinum which was only used between 1913 and 1926 Square emerald measures 3.9mm x 3.7mm x 1.9mm 4 Diamonds = 0.40ct approx. 4 Diamonds = 0.25ct approx.
