The oblong orange topaz has been repolished and is held with 4 double claws at each corner and the princess cut diamond set shoulders are mounted in secure bar settings running along the finger. The D shaped shank slightly tapers to the shoulder of the end diamonds and on the inside has full assay.

With a bright purple amethyst held in neat claw settings. This is surrounded by alternating larger brilliant cut diamonds and slightly smaller 8 cut diamonds, also on alternating levels. The higher row of diamonds are the larger brilliant cuts and the lower row being the 8 cuts. All mounted in 18ct white gold claw set settings and shank with solid sides. All the mounting is made in 18ct white gold with claw settings. The shank joins in a traditional split leaf and shoulder style finish. The centre in this gem cluster is a Victorian cut diamond, which is surrounded by a further 4 Victoria cut diamonds at the quarter. All held in neat grain style settings in platinum. There are then 4 square cut Emeralds positioned in the corners, held in platinum settings. The shank is all in 18ct yellow gold with a nice fine taper towards the setting. One of the Emeralds has two small pieces out, we decided not to replace it, as it would be almost impossible to obtain an emerald to match for colour and brightness, and style of cut for the age of ring.  The inside  of the shank is stamped with an individual No W859 1 Diamonds = 0.30ct approx. 4 Diamonds = 0.70ct approx.
