Sterling silver and enamel Lunar Universe drop earrings. The earrings have a textured finish with a slightly concave centre delicately suspended from a silver hook fitting. Hand-finished in Orkney in Midnight Gold enamel with individually placed 24ct yellow gold flakes so every piece of the Lunar Universe collection is unique. Matching pendant and bracelet available.

Sheila’s Notes – Thousands of years ago at the Ness of Brodgar in Orkney, people carved hollows or cup-marks of various sizes in rough rock, perhaps to signify an event or to follow the passage of time as the moon waxed and waned. Sheila’s inspiration for this collection followed after a visit to the Orkney Museum where some of these ancient carvings can be seen.
