The central oval cut ruby is set slightly higher in an 18ct yellow gold milligram setting, with eight modern brilliant cut diamonds also set in 18ct yellow gold millegrain settings. These neat earrings to the lobe are very wearable and are secured with tradition post and butterfly fittings.
