The central circular ruby is surrounded by eight brilliant cut diamonds and an outer row of eight smaller rubies set in-between each diamond – a twist on a traditional ruby and diamond cluster pendant. The pendant is mounted in all 18ct white gold with all stones in neat claw settings and suspended from a white gold pendant loop. The 18ct white gold flattened curb chain measures 16″ and fastens with a lobster catch.
