Peridot single stone and 15ct gold bar brooch

A bright and beautiful single round Peridot mounted on a 15ct yellow gold bar brooch. The Peridot is mounted in a solid rub-over setting with a very fine millegrain bead edge which is held with 4 fine twisted wires on either side. To the reverse is a rose gold pin closing into a handmade safety ‘c’ catch and a clear ’15CT’ punch dating this piece to the early 20th Century. There is a ring for a safety chain to be added which we would recommend and supply with compliments.

Comes in Original Fitted case Circa 1910 Second Hand Length 5.9cms | The Loyal Regiment, regimental bar brooch, 9ct gold mount with red enamelled Rose of Lancaster and blue enamelled ribbon motto surmounted by a the Royal Crest, a crowned lion standing on a red enamelled Kings Crown.
