This striking brooch has 2 clusters one set with blue zircons and a pink tourmaline and the other with garnets and a green tourmaline, these are set either side of 14ct yellow gold leaves with Akoya cultured pearls ends. Sat upon this is a gold bee with diamond set pierced platinum wings with a ruby eye. This is a unique brooch made to an exceptional standard.

| Description | This striking brooch has 2 clusters one set with blue zircons and a pink tourmaline and the other with garnets and a green tourmaline, these are set either side of 14ct yellow gold leaves with Akoya cultured pearls ends. Sat upon this is a gold bee with diamond set pierced platinum wings with a ruby eye. This is a unique brooch made to an exceptional standard. Gemstones are: Blue Zircon, Garnet, Pink and Green Tourmaline, Measures 4.9cms wide x 3.5cms High Handmade in London by Cropp & Farr Established 1917 Second Hand | This is an individual brooch by the superb makers E. Wolfe & Co. established in 1850 and specialise in making bird and animal jewellery, with each piece being unique. The Alsation is made from 18ct gold, which is exquisitely hand chased to create the effect of the fur. Set with cabochon cut Sapphires for its eyes and with black onyx set for its nose. The piece is completed with an 18ct white gold moveable collar set with a diamond for that added luxury. Secured with a Trombone brooch fastener for safety, this gives it extra strength in how it supports the brooch. Measures 5.4cm long from Head to tail | 3.2cm high from Ears to feet | An excellent Regimental brooch of The Royal Flying Corps. This sweetheart brooch has superbly detailed gold wings with textured finish. The RFC insignia enamelled inna bright red, on top of a green enamelled laurel wreath and embellished with a Kings crown and red enamel. The gold used in this brooch is all 15ct yellow and the condition of the piece given its age is superb. The wings have a lovely curvature which is shown in the picture of the brooch on its side. The RFC was the earliest form of the what would then become the RAF when it merged with the Royal Navy Air Service in 1918. All indicators as the the age of this brooch, being at least easily 100 years old and still in excellent condition. The brooch would have been made before 1932, as that is when they stopped using 15ct gold. This was always reserved for the higher quality pieces and it is secured in place with a very traditional C safety clasp, again typical of a much older brooch. This sweetheart brooch with a diamond set laurel wreath above the top half of the Latin motto "HONI SOIT QUI MAL Y PENSE". With the enamelled ROYAL ARMY SERVICE CORPS wording in blue enamel around the lower half. With the Kings Crown and King George VI insignia in the centre. All mounted in 14ct yellow gold and platinum settings for the Rose cut diamonds. This brooch would have been made between 1936 and 1952, and it is secured in place with a handmade Tiffany catch. Stamped on the back 14CT & PT Measures 26mm wide x 26mm high Supplied in a Connards Presentation box Second Hand | RAF Wings Regimental brooch in 9ct yellow gold. RAF crest mounted on a green enamelled laurel wreath surmounted by a red enamelled Queen's crown with light blue enamelled wings with textured relief.
