King’s Own Scottish Borderers Regimental sweetheart brooch exquisitely made 18ct gold and enamel. In the centre of the yellow gold cross of St Andrew in white gold is Edinburgh Castle with three turrets and each with a flag flying to the left. The castle is surrounded in a blue enamel circlet at the back of the brooch “KING”S OWN SCOTTISH BORDERERS”. Above and below the circlet within blue enamel scrolls “IN VERITATE RELIGIONIS CONFIDO NISI DOMINUS FRUSTRA” A wreath of green enamel thistles with purple flowers surrounds the circlet and the Royal Crest with red enamelled St Edwards Crown surmounts the brooch.

The piece is made in three separate pieces, the most expensive method of making and all riveted at the back. To the rear the 9ct gold pin securely fastens in a C catch.There are no hallmarks on the brooch.

Measures 27mm wide x 32mm tall

To the bottom "INDIAN MEDICAL SERVICE" in a blue enamelled ribbon and at the top a King's crown in gold and red enamel. All made in 9ct yellow gold. On the reverse the pin fastens with a handmade tiffany catch and clearly punched full hallmark. Handmade by Cropp & Farr in London established 1917 Hallmarked for Birmingham 1948 Measures 20mm wide x 27mm high Supplied in a Connards Presentation box	Ruby and diamond oval open "Circle" brooch, this beautifully attractive brooch, with four pairs of modern brilliant cut diamonds, each separated by 3 rubies in a classical oval shaped brooch. The diamonds each mounted in four claw 18ct white gold and the rubies in four claw 18ct yellow gold settings. Fitted with a traditional rollover safety catch on the pin fastening. Comes complete with a ring for a safety chain, which would be supplied and fitted without charge. 12 Rubies = 1.51 carats 8 Diamonds = 0.69 carat Measures 27mm x 22mm	Naval Cap sweetheart Regimental brooch in 15ct yellow gold with green and red enamelled Kings Crown. The fouled anchor centre is assumed to be platinum surrounded by 15ct gold laurel leaves. On the reverse the pin fastens securely in a handmade rollover safety catch and '15CT' is clearly stamped at the bottom in the centre. The brooch would have been made before 1932, as that is when they stopped using 15ct gold. This was always reserved for the higher quality pieces. Excellent condition for the enamel and craftsmanship. The gold is all with a lovely satinised finish, and is secured with a handmade Tiffany catch.
