An 8.0mm cultured pearl surround by 12 brilliant cut diamonds mounted in all 18ct gold. The pearl is secured with a cup and post fitting and the diamonds are mounted in 18ct white gold neat five claw settings. The flat band shank is in all 18ct yellow gold and tapers to a fine point on the shoulder of the diamonds. Overall measurements of the head of the ring are 10.3mm high from the finger and 13.8mm diameter.

A most striking and beautiful Art Deco Aquamarine single stone ring, with diamond set sides. The large square Aquamarine with cut corners is held with 4 strong square claws in the corners. This is flanked with diamond set sides, unusually on all 4 of the long sides, and even more unusually is that 3 of them have 3 8 cut diamonds and the fourth side has 4 x 8 cut diamonds. The mounting is once again all individually made for this exact stone, with as low a profile as is possible given the size of this ring. The mounting is a combination of platinum for the settings and 18ct white gold for the shank. The ring will date to the 1930's and we have extensively re-polished the aquamarine by specialist stone polishers in London. The weight originally being 15.08cts and now weighing 13.70cts. But has given this ring a transformation and new lease of life. The square cut Aquamarine, is a bright vibrant stone which we have had re-polished. It is held in a 4 claw platinum setting, with an open gallery to view the full depth of the stone. The shoulders are set with 3 x 8 cut diamonds on each side, this is very typical of a ring made circa 1950. The shank joins the setting with chenier tubing in the split. The shank is made from 18ct white gold. The ring is punched with C & F as the makers, a superb firm started in 1917 and we have dealt with them right through their existence until the closed in the early 2000's. The ring also is punched Pt & 18ct for the metal and then an individual number of 5967, this is all a sign of a quality maker. The entire setting for all of the stones is 18ct white gold and the shank of the ring is 18ct yellow gold.
