Sterling silver and enamel Lunar Universe pendant on adjustable necklet between 40 and 45cms. The circular design has a textured finish with a slightly concave centre, hand-finished in Orkney in Midnight Gold enamel with individually placed 24ct yellow gold flakes so every piece of the Lunar Universe collection is unique. Matching earrings and bracelets available.

Sheila’s Notes – Thousands of years ago at the Ness of Brodgar in Orkney, people carved hollows or cup-marks of various sizes in rough rock, perhaps to signify an event or to follow the passage of time as the moon waxed and waned. Sheila’s inspiration for this collection followed after a visit to the Orkney Museum where some of these ancient carvings can be seen.
