Royal Army Service Corps diamond and enamel Regimental brooch Platinum and 14ct yellow gold mount
An excellent Regimental brooch of The Royal Army Service Corps. This sweetheart brooch with a diamond set laurel wreath above the top half of the Latin motto “HONI SOIT QUI MAL Y PENSE”. With the enamelled ROYAL ARMY SERVICE CORPS wording in blue enamel around the lower half. With the Kings Crown and King George VI insignia in the centre. All mounted in 14ct yellow gold and platinum settings for the Rose cut diamonds.
This brooch would have been made between 1936 and 1952, and it is secured in place with a handmade Tiffany catch.

To the bottom "INDIAN MEDICAL SERVICE" in a blue enamelled ribbon and at the top a King's crown in gold and red enamel. All made in 9ct yellow gold. On the reverse the pin fastens with a handmade tiffany catch and clearly punched full hallmark. Excellent condition for the enamel and craftsmanship. The gold is all with a lovely satinised finish, and is secured with a handmade Tiffany catch.
