Each earring is made up of 5 pear shaped sapphires (Blue,green, 2 pink and yellow)and set with 4 brilliant cut diamonds. Made by Alabaster and Wilson 10 Pear shape cut Sapphires = 2.65cts 6 Brilliant cut diamonds = 0.24ct | This pair of 18ct yellow gold earrings in the shape of a heart with crossover bottom are made as left and rights to compliment the face.
