A reproduction ring in the style of the carved claw rings at the turn of the 20th century.This ring is an extremely fine example of a repro ring. The opals are all oval cut and with the typical smooth polished cabochon cuts. These are interspaced with a pair of diamonds between each opal, with a crossover effect of the settings for the diamonds.

Description | A reproduction ring in the style of the carved claw rings at the turn of the 20th century.This ring is an extremely fine example of a repro ring. The opals are all oval cut and with the typical smooth polished cabochon cuts. These are interspaced with a pair of diamonds between each opal, with a crossover effect of the settings for the diamonds. Size: 8.1mm x 19mm English Made London 1994 SECOND HAND | Emerald and diamond cluster ring, with an inversion of the stones. The centre in this gem cluster is a Victorian cut diamond, which is surrounded by a further 4 Victoria cut diamonds at the quarter. All held in neat grain style settings in platinum. There are then 4 square cut Emeralds positioned in the corners, held in platinum settings. The shank is all in 18ct yellow gold with a nice fine taper towards the setting. One of the Emeralds has two small pieces out, we decided not to replace it, as it would be almost impossible to obtain an emerald to match for colour and brightness, and style of cut for the age of ring. The inside of the shank is stamped with an individual No W859 1 Diamonds = 0.30ct approx. 4 Diamonds = 0.70ct approx.
